Policy and Procedures for Beachwatch Rules and Regulations Since each of these units is individually owned, we (Fasy Real Estate) are not responsible if an owner removes or changes any of the pictured furniture and/or equipment. We will update any changes on this website as soon as we are notified. There are very few 2 bedroom units. They sleep 5 and 6 or more comfortably. They all have many extras and are very choice units. They usually are the first to be rented. *Layout of Units and Parking Diagram UNIT 7: This unit is on the deck and is a two bedroom unit. It sleeps 6 - 7 comfortably. Not all units have larger refrigerators, but this one does. This particular unit has a mural above the dining area. It has new carpeting throughout and a new Pergo floor in the kitchen area. There are also new table and chairs in the dining area. There is a queen sofa bed and love seat. There are 3 color TVs and 1 VCR.

There are 2 double futons in the living room plus a double,twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom along with a king bed in the master bedroom. This unit has a large free-standing refrigerator/freezer. There are two private balconies - one off the living room and another off the bedroom. It has 3 flat screen TVs and 1 DVD/VCR
UNIT 41: This unit is the largest 2 bedroom unit. This unit sleeps 8-9 comfortably. There are 2 double futons in the living room plus a double,twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom along with the queen bed in the master bedroom. This unit has a large free-standing refrigerator/freezer. The private balcony gives you a direct view of the ocean. It has 3 flat screen TVs and 1 DVD/VCR.
